I’m a hard working, motivated, and dedicated professional who is fully committed to bilingual Spanish & English service. I bring strong customer service habits, friendly communication, and a genuine team-player mindset.

For the past three years, I worked at Walmart as an Associate/Team leader, strengthening my leadership and communications skills. I supported and led a team while taking care of over 70 associates, focusing on teamwork and service quality.

I also have front-line experience with customer interactions from my time at Wendy’s as a Crew member. I learned the importance of each person working together, met high expectations, and made a difference every day through customer service.

Alongside my service and leadership background, I pursued Nail technician education and earned my Nail technician Certificate & License. I’m also comfortable with computers skills from answering customers surveys to help make a successful business.
