I’m mission-focused and calm under pressure, with 7+ years of customer service experience. I multitask confidently, keep the customer first, and motivate others while meeting crucial deadlines.

As a Team Leader and Supervisor at Chick-fil-A (March 2021–Present), I manage the front of house, handle catering orders, complete daily reports, and manage money in drawers and the safe. I also solve difficult situations, support team members, and help store management run smoothly.

Before that, I built strong customer communication habits at YourPie (7/2018–6/2020) by answering phones, taking to-go orders, preparing ingredients, and filling customer orders in a fast-paced environment. Earlier, as a Desk Attendant at Big Als (10/2016–05/2018), I worked one-on-one with guests, handled guest questions, and stayed respectful and composed no matter the situation.
