I’ve scaled hiring for high-growth Indian companies for 11+ years, taking headcount from 30 to 230+ and from 65 to 500+. I’ve run executive search for CXO and Head-level roles, while owning core HR systems like POSH policy, performance reviews, onboarding, and rewards & recognition.
At Slikk, I’m spearheading the end-to-end setup of the Human Resources function for a Series A startup. I re-engineered onboarding with automation to improve the first-day experience, and designed POSH and performance review frameworks, plus a Manager Development Program for new leaders.
Before that, at Branch International, I engineered end-to-end recruitment strategies across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Credit, and built a six-member Talent Acquisition team in India while scaling Kenya recruitment from inception. I also partnered on HR initiatives like policy creation and POSH vendor selection, and helped deploy a global ATS plus a Gemini-based tool for profile screening.
