I've built full-funnel growth strategies for Sparq, an idea-validation platform, designing acquisition, activation, retention, and referral mechanics through the AARRR framework.

For Sparq, I identified a zero-CAC referral loop through shareable idea-score badges, developed a fear-of-loss landing-page messaging hypothesis, and designed HubSpot lifecycle emails triggered by user actions. I also mapped onboarding friction and focused on activation as the highest-leverage stage for retention.

For Alo Moves' India launch, I reframed free YouTube yoga as the key conversion barrier and researched Indian wellness creators, apps, and free-content ecosystems. I developed India-specific positioning, localized pricing, and a Bengaluru-first launch recommendation.
