I am a strategic product leader with over 10 years of experience in platform strategy, user-centric innovation, and AI-enabled development across various ecosystems including B2B2C, D2C, and SaaS. My journey has been marked by a proven track record in launching and scaling digital platforms, particularly in the retail and fintech sectors. I have successfully led initiatives that have generated significant revenue, such as the Assisted Sales Platform which achieved over ₹1,600 Cr in monthly revenue across 570+ Reliance stores.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to embedding advanced technologies like GenAI and automation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
