I analyzed business processes to find ways to improve the system through effective, time-conscious processes, and wrote BRD, FRD, and ERD documents.
On Cole.vn’s E-commerce platform system, I developed user stories or use cases describing how users interact with the platform. I also designed user interfaces to visualize interactions among the parties and wrote BRD, FRD, and ERD documents.
