I’m looking for a role where I can take on new challenges, apply my technical support and customer service skills, and grow through continuous learning—while working with strong adaptability, attention to detail, and a supportive team.

I’m currently working as a Technical Support associate at Tech Mahindra in Noida (September 2025 – Till date). I focus on delivering dependable support while quickly learning new skills and working effectively unsupervised.

Previously, I worked as a service Advisor at British Airways (April 2024 – August 2025) and as a customer service Associate at TelusInternational (October 2023 – March 2024). I bring a strong work ethic and adaptability, with strengths in decision making, project planning, attention to detail, organizational skills, self-directed work, and leadership.
