What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can combine empathetic support, conflict resolution, and organized records/database management to improve customer satisfaction, collaborate with a team, and grow through clear processes.

I’m a warm, patient, and highly communicative customer support professional with 5+ years in customer-facing roles. I’m known for active, empathic listening, clear communication, and resolving concerns calmly and efficiently.

At Women in Technology Uganda (WITU), I’ve served as a first point of contact, managed and updated student databases, and drafted and responded to correspondence while coordinating schedules and follow-ups. Previously at BK Traders, I maintained accurate customer accounts, handled inquiries and complaints, supported day-to-day operations, and followed up on clients to ensure satisfaction.
