I am a Customer Service Representative and computer scientist student with strong industry experience. I establish rapport with clients and focus on driving company success through relationship building and partnership cultivation.

In my customer service work, I resolved account inquiries and service requests to enhance customer experience. I educated customers on bank products and services, facilitated collection of customer feedback, and suggested solutions for product malfunctions to support timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

As an English Language Tutor, I developed tailored lesson plans for diverse learners. I advised learners to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills, supported progress reporting, and created evaluation tools and custom teaching materials to match specific concepts and comprehension levels.

Alongside ongoing studies in Computer Science and Digital Literacy, I apply problem solving and escalation management in service situations. I also build basic web development capability and use digital literacy to support clearer communication and better learning or support outcomes.
