What I'm looking for

I'm targeting senior individual-contributor or leadership roles in programmatic strategy, ad operations, and GCC/offshore delivery, where I can scale teams, automate operations, improve SLAs, and grow client revenue.

I've built IPG Media Brands' India GCC from zero to 200+ FTEs, owning a $2.8M cost centre and supporting programmatic, display, social, analytics, and ad operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC. I delivered 15% YoY revenue growth, reduced offshore costs by about 38%, and migrated 60 FTE-equivalent workstreams with zero SLA breaches.

I bring 13+ years across IPG, Anteriad, GroupM/Xaxis, Publicis Sapient, Accenture's Google client operations, and independent advisory work for enterprises and agencies including EY, WPP, and Nestlé. I've managed multi-million-dollar media budgets, automated 95% of manual ad-ops work through RPA, and translate programmatic strategy, data, and operational design into measurable growth.
