I’m looking to lead strategy & operations in fast-moving, ambiguous environments—owning measurable outcomes like P&L, fulfillment, and conversion. I want to build scalable operating models, use data analysis, and collaborate closely with product and partners.

I’m a results-driven strategy and operations professional with 3.5+ years of experience across category growth, supply chain, and cross-functional program management. I identify structural business problems, design scalable solutions, and drive measurable outcomes through continuous data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

As a Category Manager II for Painting at Urban Company, I own end-to-end P&L for the category (~₹24 Cr annual GMV), lead 8 direct reports, and manage a partner network of ~200 service professionals. I improved project fulfillment rate from 85% to 93% by strengthening partner matching, scheduling, and supply planning, and reduced Request Loss (RL%) from 15% to 7% by scaling active partners from 110 to 200 with structured onboarding and demand forecasting.

I also lead strategic initiatives like SKUization—improving GMV per order from ₹16K to ₹22K and consultation to booking conversion by 7 percentage points—plus SOM 3.0 (Supply Operating Model) updates and partner training for ~200 partners. Previously, at boAt, I managed outbound fulfillment across channels (including Flipkart, Nykaa, Snapdeal) and used SAP-based operational metrics to improve visibility and reduce turnaround time.
