I’m a Senior Process Associate and Senior Process Executive specializing in chargeback disputes (Merchant Operations), with end-to-end ownership from receipt through investigation and resolution. I bring strong analytical skills to determine claim validity, dispute eligibility, and the patterns behind dispute outcomes.

Since Feb 3, 2016 at SJS Technologies, Hyderabad, I’ve managed chargeback case workflows with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and measurable impact. I reviewed and analyzed chargeback claims, compiled and submitted supporting documentation to card networks and issuing banks, and prepared detailed reports highlighting key metrics, dispute outcomes, and insights to guide decision-making. I also recommended process improvements to reduce chargeback rates and operational risks, while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and card network rules for Visa and Mastercard.

In my current role at Straive (Aug 1, 2025 – Present), I handle disputes across multiple reason codes and card brands on the Merchant’s Decision, ensuring timely and accurate resolution aligned with card network rules and internal guidelines. I’ve gained hands-on experience with payment portals such as Klarna, PayPal, Stripe, and Worldpay, and I review merchant responses, verify documentation, maintain accurate dispute records, and strengthen compliance through structured workflows.
