At Revolut (2023–Current), I handle end-to-end dispute investigations by reviewing transactions, identifying fraud or policy violations, and preparing evidence for representments. I work closely with banks, processors, and internal teams to resolve cases efficiently while reducing financial losses. I was promoted to SME (subject matter expert) due to my performance and Win ratio.

Before Revolut, I worked as a Payment Resolution Analyst (2022–2023) at Groupbay Port. I processed refunds, handled full lifecycle chargebacks, and conducted detailed fraud investigations to protect the business and ensure accurate dispute outcomes using Visa (VROL) and Mastercard rules. As an SME internally, I identified analyst errors, provided guidance to improve accuracy, and supported quality by training new joiners.

Earlier, I worked at Dell Technologies India (2020–2022) as a Loss Mitigation / Technical Analyst and Quality Assurance / Process Improvement contributor. I diagnosed technical issues, resolved customer queries with clear solutions, and supported troubleshooting while maintaining high accuracy.
