At PATRIANNA, I partner with senior leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning, and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and talent development. I also work on employee engagement, HR policies, and compliance with employment legislation.
At EPG & Merkur eSolutions (Merkur Group - Malta), I managed recruitment, payroll across four legal entities, and employee onboarding and offboarding. Earlier, I contributed to recruitment and training at EPG & Merkur eSolutions, and co-founded MelaTech Ltd., where I organized events and worked on the company website and marketing plans.
