I seek a role in HR where I can foster inclusive workplaces and drive employee engagement.

With over a decade of international experience in people-focused roles, I bring a unique blend of empathy, adaptability, and strategic insight to every professional environment I join. My journey into HR began during my years as an English Trainer in Dubai, where I worked with clients ranging from multinational corporations to government institutions. This experience sparked my decision to pursue a Bachelor of Psychology, focusing on organizational and work psychology, ultimately inspiring my transition into the HR field.

As a Personnel and Social Manager at Lidl, I implemented HR strategies across multiple locations, conducted employee engagement programs, and led wellness and community-building initiatives. At the Lino Spiteri Foundation, I supported neurodivergent individuals in entering the workforce, designing onboarding programs and collaborating with local companies to foster inclusive employment.
