At PwC, I operationalized vendor management for a multimillion-dollar learning portfolio serving learners worldwide. I introduced a quarterly license true-up process that cut provisioning time from 1–2 months to about 48 hours and enabled the procurement of nearly 4,000 additional licenses.
I also led global onboarding strategy across 100+ countries, partnering with territory teams to improve new-hire experiences. By analyzing survey responses and onboarding performance, I guided recommendations and continuous improvements.
As Product Owner for Global Best Practices®, I owned the product roadmap and guided iterative delivery. I also identified database mapping issues that had understated usage by 25%.
