I’m a results-driven inside sales and customer support professional who builds client relationships, expands networks, and drives growth. I bring strong expertise in pricing strategies, RFQs, territory development, and uncovering customer needs to deliver effective solutions.

Across my inside sales and customer service roles, I’ve been the main point of contact for client concerns—responding to RFQs, tracking order status, handling complaints, and resolving product or service issues by clarifying causes and expediting corrections. I also support internal teams with bids and estimates, and I manage account files and ongoing customer relationships to keep orders consistent.

In account management, I generate sales pipelines to drive orders in line with quota and communicate with clients via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings. I’ve worked with global oil and gas clients (such as Aramco and Schlumberger), generated over $1.1 million in revenue through timely quoting with the best pricing and delivery, and used SAP to verify and post accounting entries and manage order workflows.
