For the past five years, I used to work as a presales Engineer in two different domains FinTech and logistics, my previous roles gave me the opportunity to engage with customers on a daily basis, develop my listening skills to understand business needs and prospects’ pain, also allowed me to deliver presentations to technical and non-technical people outlining the benefits of using our solutions.

Previously I used to work as a software developer for almost six years, that is why I have a strong technical background which helps me understand deeply and easily software solutions offered to customers, hence use a simple language to explain complex information to non-technical people.
