I am a Software Architect with over 15 years of experience building scalable, cloud-native, and high-availability systems across communication platforms, enterprise software, and large distributed services. My background spans hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical leadership—with a strong focus on designing resilient systems that serve millions of customers.

I lead the architecture of the CPaaS platform and its core products, including messaging gateways, omnichannel communication modules (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, RCS), and real-time notification systems. I’ve driven major cloud migrations from AWS to a cloud-agnostic, Kubernetes-based platform, improving scalability, cost efficiency, and vendor independence. I collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs translate into robust technical solutions.

Before , I spent several years as a Technical Team Lead , where I delivered aviation management systems, ERP enhancements, and industrial automation software. These roles strengthened my expertise in backend engineering, system integration, database design, and leading development teams to deliver complex projects under tight timelines.
