At Challenge Group, I contribute to production platforms for government and enterprise clients using NestJS, Laravel, and PostgreSQL. Through targeted indexing and query tuning, I helped cut API latency by ~35% under production load.

I moved deployments to a container-first CI/CD pipeline, reducing deployment time from ~20 minutes to under five. I also built a request-and-bid marketplace flow with escalation handling and an in-app Paymob wallet.

I independently designed, built, and shipped a serverless Amazon Lex chatbot on AWS Lambda, integrated with Twilio, to automate customer-support conversations and reduce the support team's manual triage load. My work also includes AWS infrastructure and an independently designed Azure API Management layer.

Before Challenge Group, I built full-stack applications during the Information Technology Institute program and shipped React storefronts for freelance clients. I hold AWS and Huawei Cloud certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
