I began working in the Travel industry in 2019 and since then have grown to become a very experienced and knowledgeable travel advisor. I started out with dnata Travel as a Social Media consultant, handling bookings over WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. My role consisted of being the first point of contact on these platforms, handling multiple chats and requests at a time, responding in a timely manner, taking payments, making calls, managing invoices etc. During my time as a Social Media Consultant with dnata, I was also prioritized to participate in pop-up events to bring in more clients, as face-to-face interactions are where I really shine. I stayed with dnata Travel til 2024 where I then shifted to Lightfoot Travel, a true and proper luxury travel company wherein the clients I handle are UHNW, assisting them with very high-end luxury travel plans and assisting with all arrangements on the ground for these clients, ranging from tour bookings to restaurant reservations, spa treatments, gala events etc.
