What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or contact center role where I can improve workflows, resolve complex customer issues, support team performance, and apply my banking, financial services, CRM, and compliance experience.

I've supported customers and improved service operations at Bankmed, OMT Lebanon, and Diamond Professionals. At Bankmed, I progressed from Contact Center Agent to Team Leader and Cards Production Officer over 11 years.
