I’m a results-driven IT professional with CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications, blending extensive law enforcement experience with hands-on technical work in system administration, network security, and entry level cybersecurity operations. I bring a proven track record in Active Directory management, system hardening, and reliable end-user support.

In my current role as an IT Support Specialist, I provide on-site hardware/software/peripheral support and manage Microsoft 365 administration, including Active Directory user creation, password resets, and permissions. I also support operations with ConnectWise VC3 ticketing, VC3 remote monitoring and management, SLA management, and MDM using Jamf, while handling website/social media administration that keeps communications accurate and current.

Previously, I supported users through Help Desk work at Tn College of Applied Technology and helped maintain smooth Windows environments by resolving connectivity and device issues and diagnosing hardware, software, and account-access problems in Spiceworks. My technical foundation is strengthened by OS and platform coverage (Windows 10/11, Server 2019, macOS, and mobile platforms), firewall configuration (Windows Defender and pfSense), and core networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, DHCP, and TCP/IP), supported by clear documentation and a calm, customer-centered approach under pressure.
