I’m a Director of Operations focused on operational excellence in healthcare, where I lead multi-state teams and scale programs with strong compliance at the core. I’ve managed home care and government-funded services across New York and New Jersey, including NHTD/TBI, OPWDD, DHS, LCHSA, CDPAP, and DDD.
In my current role, I oversee day-to-day service delivery and regulatory adherence, working across NY DOH, NJ DDD, OPWDD, and DOHregulatory standards. I manage contract relationships spanning University Hospital, ASL interpreting services, NYC Department of Homeless Services, and NYCHA pest control, while building durable stakeholder partnerships that support sustainable growth.
A highlight of my work has been launching programs and expanding service coverage. I spearheaded Monroe County’s LCHSA program launch through conditional approval and coordinated the documentation, policies, and staffing needed to operationalize quickly. I also expanded DDD services statewide in New Jersey and initiated agency partnerships to strengthen client acquisition.

I maintain compliance through audits and policy creation (including Emergency Plans, Complaint Policies, and Accreditation documents), and I support new initiatives like Elder Guard.
