I am a senior healthcare operations leader with deep experience directing Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), care management, and service coordination across state Medicaid programs. My background spans large managed care organizations where I led operations, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives.

I have successfully developed and implemented policies, workflows, and dashboards that improved productivity and compliance, including achieving NCQA LTSS Distinction and strong audit results. I drove programs that expanded LTSS membership and reduced unnecessary spend while aligning services with state regulations.
