I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on hiring for tech campus roles throughout Southeast Asia. At Deloitte Southeast Asia, I run end-to-end campus recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection—while building strong university talent pipelines and supporting candidates through every step.

Previously at Ernst & Young Vietnam, I managed campus recruitment end-to-end, from job posting to offer and onboarding. I also oversaw the internship program, supported work permits, led mass recruitment for the Internship & Fresh Graduate Program, and strengthened relationships with hiring managers and target universities through regular engagement.

I contribute beyond hiring as part of regional engagement initiatives, including virtual events, and I helped with a project revamp of the HR Interview Form to improve data collection efficiency and accuracy. I bring a structured, candidate-centered approach, market intelligence, and close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
