At Sogeti Capgemini, I deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments for multiple client organizations through Nerdio Manager for MSP. I troubleshoot user session issues, manage images and auto-scaling, and advise clients on AVD adoption and architecture.
At RAM Infotechnology, I designed and optimized AVD environments while implementing Conditional Access policies and Entra ID governance. I also managed endpoints with Intune and Defender for Endpoint, hardened email security, and deployed Azure VMs via Bicep.
Across roles at Instituut Verbeeten, OnePlanet Research Center and Lamb Weston EMEA, I worked on Intune device management, endpoint onboarding, Azure Virtual Desktop monitoring and Azure cost optimization. At Lamb Weston EMEA, I implemented a tagging strategy across 500+ Azure VMs.
My earlier experience includes IT service desk and site support, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory support, and a migration from SCCM to Intune. I hold Microsoft Azure and Nerdio certifications, and speak Dutch at C1 level and English.
