What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging HR role where I can own recruitment and employee relations, run attendance/leave and compliant HR processes, and drive engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and reduce grievances.

I’m a Human Resource professional focused on end-to-end recruitment and smooth HR operations. I oversee candidate recruitment, including scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, managing documentation, and supporting the selection process.

I manage attendance and leave workflows using HRone Savior Software, ensuring updates are uploaded into the system. I also handle grievances through conflict resolution and counselling, while running employee engagement activities that support satisfaction and motivation.

On the compliance and operations side, I maintain accurate employee records and labour registers while following regulations like the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus, and maternity benefits. I coordinate training and development programmes, support onboarding and exit interviews, and use job portals and social media to source strong candidates, including headhunting for manufacturing-sector roles.
