I’m looking to re-enter HR with a team that values end-to-end recruitment, strong ATS/data practices, and clear coordination. I want to support hiring and onboarding while leveraging HR analytics and recruitment reporting to improve outcomes.

I’m an HR professional with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations. I’ve managed the full recruitment lifecycle—from candidate sourcing and cold calling to interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer discussions—using ATS and Salesforce to keep candidate tracking and workflows organized.

I specialize in hiring across diverse roles, with strong experience in healthcare recruitment and doctor hiring across multiple specialties, including both offline and teleconsultation roles. I also maintain and analyze large datasets in Microsoft Excel for recruitment reporting and data validation, and I supported remote administration and recruitment coordination for 1.5 years. I’m currently re-entering the workforce after a maternity career break and bring strong communication, coordination, and multitasking to help teams hire and onboard effectively.
