I lead engineering delivery for Tanbits, directing approximately 80 engineers through team leads across simultaneous web and mobile projects. I own technical direction, delivery, quality, client relationships, and product decisions alongside directors.

I've led large-scale healthcare work for Ascend Healthcare Solutions, including asset-management and hospital-operations platforms integrated with Saudi Arabia's National Health Command Center. I also directed teams delivering HIS modules for Avelios Medical and an offline-first, multi-tenant research platform for Indigenous Sentinels Network.

At Eutelsat, I led a six-engineer backend team building the operations dashboard used to monitor and control satellite ground and device infrastructure. My work covered real-time telemetry, alarms, provisioning, traffic shaping, capacity management, IoT integrations, and broadcast-grade operational requirements.

I build production systems across PHP/Laravel and Node.js/TypeScript, using AI-orchestrated delivery with PRDs, builder/reviewer/tester agents, durable state, and CI-enforced test coverage. This approach helped compress a loan-origination roadmap from roughly a year to a few months while sustaining scores of merged pull requests each week.
