I’m seeking leadership roles where I can modernize platforms, build high-performing engineering teams, improve reliability, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.

I’m a software engineering leader with over 15 years of experience across backend, cloud infrastructure, web/mobile, and data platforms. I lead technology strategy, re-architecture programs, and delivery of scalable solutions that improve performance and developer velocity.

As a hands-on manager and interim CTO, I build and mentor high-performing teams, establish clear OKRs/KPIs, and foster a learning culture through coaching, guilds, and targeted training. I prioritize context-first engineering, rigorous design guardrails, and measurable outcomes.

I’ve led platform modernization, PCI-aware payments architectures, observability and SRE practices, and multi-channel integrations (payments, telephony, device integrations). My work emphasizes security, reliability, cost optimization, and pragmatic delivery.
