What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering delivery end-to-end—owning architecture decisions, raising standards, improving reliability/MTTR, and partnering with product to reduce technical debt while accelerating customer value.

I’ve been engineering the web and mobile systems at CarbonTeq since 2018, leading backend, frontend, and React Native delivery while staying close to the codebase.

As Engineering Lead, I doubled release cadence by tightening planning and sprint rituals, raising engineering standards, and improving delivery tooling. I also boosted production reliability and MTTR by upgrading observability, incident response practices, and post-incident learning loops.

Earlier, I led full-stack execution across web and React Native, architecting React/Next.js patterns and shipping real-time capabilities plus push notifications. I started at Broker Genius building RESTful APIs, introduced Apache Airflow ETL jobs, and worked with Hadoop and Elasticsearch to support search and analytics.
