I’m a Customer Success & Operations Specialist with experience across SaaS support, e-commerce merchant support, hospitality, QSR, and retail operations. Most recently, as a Merchant Success Engineer, I provided SaaS product support to e-commerce merchants globally and resolved technical queries related to Shopify integrations.

Earlier, I led day-to-day operations as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, managing inventory and a team of 20+ staff while focusing on guest delight and operational efficiency. I implemented training programs that improved customer service metrics, and I handled escalations and service recovery as an Assistant Guest Delight Manager to support customer retention and sales growth.

Right now, I’m strengthening my marketing and customer systems foundation through an MBA in Marketing Management, along with upskilling in CRM tools, Excel, and data analytics. I’m passionate about using technology and data-driven insights to improve customer experience, and I’m currently looking for opportunities that blend Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Tech Support, and Analyst work—especially with remote options.
