I’m looking for a customer-focused hospitality tech role where I can own support outcomes, improve onboarding and service delivery, and partner cross-functionally—using SLA-driven problem solving and data insights to help clients succeed.

I’m a Customer Success and Hospitality Technology professional focused on maximizing customer value realization through hands-on support of OPERA PMS, OTA operations, and channel management workflows. I lead high-volume, B2B client support using ticketing/email processes, ensuring timely resolution while driving SLA and KPI performance across fast-paced environments.

In my most recent role, I troubleshoot complex issues like channel manager connectivity, booking delivery failures, ARI discrepancies, and content synchronization across platforms aligned with Oracle Hospitality support workflows. I also led a channel manager migration for 50+ properties with zero booking interruptions, managed full onboarding for new hotel properties (configuration, contract creation, and training), and partnered cross-functionally with Account Management, Commercial, and Onboarding teams to resolve escalations and improve long-term customer experience.
