What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use CRM systems to resolve complaints quickly, support customers through phone/email/live chat, and help drive measurable recovery and customer satisfaction targets in a fast-paced team.

I’m a customer service and administrative professional experienced in customer support, customer engagement, complaint resolution, and account recovery operations. I manage high-volume customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels while keeping accurate CRM records and meeting response standards.

In my current role as a Contact Centre Agent, I handle 150+ customer account follow-ups and repayment recovery processes daily, negotiate repayment arrangements, and consistently meet recovery and customer service targets of over 25m monthly. I also bring experience from Airtel Nigeria Limited, NHIS, and administrative coordination as a Teacher—always focused on problem solving, documentation, and service quality.
