I am a highly skilled engineer with a strong background in information technology and system integration. I have a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer from the Higher Technological Institute, where I graduated with a Good grade. My graduation project, a smart restaurant using automation techniques based on a mobile application, received an Excellent grade, and I served as the team leader.
In my current role as a Sr. SW implementation and Application support engineer at Giesecke+Devrient, I am responsible for the fresh installation of hardware, virtual layer implementation, and administration of the operating system and application layers. I provide daily technical support and ensure the smooth operation of the systems. Prior to this, I worked at ALKAN-CIT as a Sr. System engineer at the Business Intelligence Unit, where I installed and configured enterprise solutions for critical environments in sectors such as Telecom, Banking, Oil & Gas, and the military. I also set project implementation plans and responded to service outages.
Before that, I gained experience as a System Engineer and Site Engineer at Tri-Tech for telecom services and GAMMA for security systems, respectively. In these roles, I installed, deployed, and configured various systems and modules, troubleshooted issues, and managed technicians.
