I am a dedicated IT Specialist with a strong foundation in Electronics and Communications, having graduated from Helwan University. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid understanding of various programming languages, including C, C++, and Python, as well as hands-on experience with automation and endpoint hardening using scripting languages.

Currently, I work at KIT Consulting, where I provide comprehensive IT support to a diverse client base. My role involves managing and optimizing client networks, implementing and maintaining systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity and security. I take pride in my ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, develop automation scripts, and create detailed technical documentation.

My passion for technology drives me to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills in network management, system performance monitoring, and automation to contribute to innovative projects and enhance operational efficiency.
