At Schoolcraft College, I provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for more than 1,000 faculty, staff, and students across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
I image, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user hardware; administer Active Directory accounts; troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues; and document service requests while maintaining approximately 95% SLA compliance.
I've also built Windows Server Active Directory and Cisco network infrastructure labs, and I’m pursuing an Associate of Science in Cybersecurity alongside CompTIA Security+ and CySA+ certifications.
