What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level HR role focused on recruitment and candidate assessment, with opportunities to apply Indonesian labor law knowledge, improve HR operations, and grow in Industrial & Organizational Psychology responsibilities.

I’m a Psychology graduate from Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, with hands-on experience in Human Resources Recruitment and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. I focus on end-to-end recruitment operations, candidate assessment, and HR administration that keeps hiring efficient and compliant.

Through my internship work, I managed the full recruitment flow—from job posting and CV screening to interviews and employment contract preparation. I also administered psychological tests, supported recruitment administration, and monitored attendance records to ensure alignment with company policies.

I bring a strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR operational practices, reinforced by training in HR fundamentals, manpower planning (MPP), SOP and job description development, and employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT). I’m detail-oriented and careful with documentation, procedures, and assessment integrity.

Outside of HR, I contribute as a freelance illustrator and as Head of Illustration Team, which strengthened my communication and coordination skills. I’m ready to grow in Human Resources by taking on recruitment and I-O related responsibilities in a team that values continuous improvement.
