I seek a customer-facing role focused on safety or support where I can apply communication, problem-solving, and teamwork to improve user experience and operational outcomes.

I am a motivated, customer-focused professional with over two years of call support experience and six months in outbound sales. I currently contribute to Uber's Safety Team as a Safety Specialist, applying strong communication and problem-solving skills.

At Mindbridge Pvt. Ltd., I served as a Call Support Representative for two years and as an Outbound Sales Representative for six months, gaining hands-on experience in customer interactions, sales outreach, and resolving issues efficiently.

In my present role on Uber's Safety Team, I focus on maintaining safety standards and supporting riders and drivers through clear communication and careful problem resolution.

I bring teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to every role, and I am eager to continue growing in operational safety, customer support, or client-facing positions where I can make measurable improvements.
