I am a Senior Systems Engineer with 19 years of experience in systems infrastructure, data center operations, network architecture, implementation, integration, security, and administration across local and remote environments.

I have managed large enterprise environments—supporting environments such as a Medical Services Corp with 187 servers, 2,400 mailboxes and 2,600 Active Directory users, and prior roles managing 220+ servers, 3,500+ mailboxes and 4,000+ AD users—working extensively with Microsoft Exchange, HP 3PAR storage, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, ManageEngine and Quest KACE endpoint tooling.

I have led 24x7 data center operations to meet strict SLA targets, implemented DR and disaster management plans, developed SOP/EOP/MOP documentation, driven PUE improvements, utilized DCIM tooling and supervised commissioning, vendor onboarding and CAPEX/OPEX alignment to optimize reliability and capacity.

I combine technical depth (AD, Exchange, backup/recovery, storage, networking and endpoint security) with ITIL-based processes, audit experience and team leadership—mentoring leads and supervisors to run daily operations and delivering secure, compliant infrastructure solutions that support business continuity.
