At PT Dua Berkah Nusantara, I research and qualify local and international buyers for seafood and other products, then reach out by email and WhatsApp. I maintain prospect records and follow up on buyer inquiries and opportunities.
I coordinate product requirements, availability, pricing, and samples with prospective buyers, suppliers, and operational teams. This has included supporting a Belgium briquette prospect through sample coordination and a Mahi-mahi opportunity for 2 × 40-ft containers.
I use Microsoft Excel to track leads, organize operational and procurement data, and support costing and basic margin analysis. My work also includes coordinating product specifications, quantities, and delivery-related requirements.
Previously, at USAHA BERKAH MOBIL SHOWROOM, I supported sales and distribution through vehicle inventory and administrative work, including coordinating vehicle movements and deliveries. I also reviewed historical vehicle data to inform sales and inventory decisions.
