What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead warehouse, inventory, logistics, procurement, or e-commerce operations where I can improve accuracy, fulfillment, safety, WMS adoption, and cost efficiency while developing high-performing teams.

I've led warehouse, logistics, procurement, and inventory operations across India, Maldives, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia for more than 15 years. My work centers on accurate stock control, efficient fulfillment, safe operations, and practical process improvement.

At Hungersate Online Food Services, I designed warehouse layout and workflows, established cold-chain protocols, deployed WMS software, and developed SOPs for receiving through shipping. I also coordinate 3PL and last-mile delivery partners while reporting fulfillment, picking, and delivery KPIs to leadership.

At Samann Trading, I managed end-to-end warehouse operations, supervised 30 staff, implemented Odoo WMS integration, and maintained inventory accuracy above 99%. I’ve applied FIFO/FEFO controls, vendor selection, purchase-order processing, demand forecasting, and safety compliance to prevent losses and improve efficiency.
