What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote Customer Support role focused on Live Chat and Email. I want a fast-paced environment where I can use my multitasking skills and written communication to solve problems and make customers happy. I value growth opportunities, a supportive team, and work-life balance.

I started my professional journey on the front lines of customer service, where I developed a thick skin and a fast typing finger. I have professional experience working as both an Email Support Agent and a Live Chat Support Agent.

In my live chat roles, I became known as the person who could handle the chaos. I regularly managed multiple chat conversations at once (sometimes up to 4-5 during rush hour) without letting the quality of the conversation drop. I learned to type fast, think faster, and keep customers calm even when they were frustrated.

In my email support roles, I took a different approach. I focused on precision and clarity. I pride myself on writing detailed, grammatically correct responses that solve the customer's problem in a single reply—so they don't have to keep emailing back and forth.

My Achievements:

  • Successfully maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 95% in both chat and email channels.

  • Managed high-volume ticket queues, clearing 50+ emails or 30+ chats per day.

  • Trained new team members on how to use support software and how to manage difficult customers.

My Interests
When I'm not logged into a support queue, I am usually still glued to a screen—but for fun! I have a keen interest in technology and software, which is why I enjoy working for SaaS companies and tech startups. I love learning how things work, which makes me good at troubleshooting customer problems.
