I'm looking to lead regional growth, market entry, and complex infrastructure delivery where I can connect technical capability, commercial strategy, and cross-functional teams.

At ETD Transformers, I lead business development and commercial operations for high-voltage power transformers across CEE, MENA, and the Netherlands. I shape regional strategy, market-entry models, public tenders, partnerships, and executive negotiations with utilities, EPCs, and government entities.

I've secured long-term infrastructure contracts up to $143M and delivered $25M+ in annual revenue with Czech and Slovak teams. I also opened Iraq and expanded MENA presence through a $21.3M market-entry project.

Previously at Meopta Optics, I led APAC growth across Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia for defense, semiconductor, medical, and high-precision optical systems. I connected customers, R&D, and production to develop customer-specific technology solutions.

My earlier work spans telecom infrastructure, fiber-network operations, systems architecture, and electronics engineering. I bring 20+ years of experience translating engineering and manufacturing capability into sustainable commercial growth.
