At T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., I coordinate releases for roaming systems that support business-critical services, including the core Steering of roaming system within Deutsche Telekom. I manage the end-to-end release lifecycle and align delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
I also take product ownership responsibilities for selected roaming systems, prioritizing backlogs and aligning delivery objectives with business stakeholders and Deutsche Telekom group companies. My work includes coordinating three strategic suppliers and managing delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Before T-Mobile, I worked across business development, presales, and network security. At DHL, I deployed and maintained security and network technologies including F5, Juniper, Cisco, and Citrix solutions.
