I've delivered and grown multilingual localization programs for global enterprise clients including Adobe, Autodesk, and Microsoft for more than 13 years.

At RWS Group, I owned 14 enterprise accounts across seven countries generating more than $1.5M in annual revenue. I managed program delivery end to end, from quoting, cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting through margin performance, risk management, and client retention.

Previously, I led a 40-person Project Management team at IOLAR and managed 11 client accounts generating $500K+ annually at Akorbi. My work spans multilingual delivery, DTP, voiceover, interpreting, accessibility, vendor selection, QA, capacity planning, and workflow improvement.

Across Alpha CRC, Jonckers Translation & Engineering, and Moravia IT, I've built vendor networks, recovered at-risk programs, managed delivery across up to 50+ languages, and increased account revenue through efficient delivery and client engagement.
