I also developed Power BI dashboards and helped establish monitoring frameworks, escalation matrices, and SOPs as a founding member of the Mission Control team. Earlier, at Cognizant, I reviewed advertisements and listings for e-commerce compliance and supported quality assurance for the SRT marketplace.
