I seek a leadership role in program operations or talent acquisition where I can drive recruitment strategy, optimize processes, manage budgets, and build partnerships within mission-driven organisations that value data-informed decisions and collaboration.

I lead program operations, talent acquisition, and strategy for social-impact organisations, managing full-cycle recruitment, large applicant funnels, budget and grant management, and stakeholder partnerships. I design training, mentorship, and outreach to grow teams and improve retention, and I use data visualization and reporting to inform strategic decisions. I also direct marketing and social media strategies to increase program visibility and engagement.
