I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional programmes where I can turn strategy into execution, use data to improve performance, build effective operating systems, and partner with senior stakeholders on high-impact work.

At Populus Empowerment Network, I led a state-wide public engagement programme across education, women’s upliftment, and healthcare, managing a ₹30M+ budget and delivering 12% under budget.

I drove 13 cross-functional initiatives reaching 80M+ citizens and directly engaging 25M+, while building tracking infrastructure for 2.5M+ user records that improved operational efficiency by 70%. I also led 0→1 media products including a mobile game, documentaries, and short-form video campaigns.

Previously at I-PAC, I designed citizen engagement strategies across 10 constituencies and directed a 40-day campaign with 1,700+ events and 500K+ voter engagements. I also co-led a crisis-response initiative that supported 2M+ citizens and coordinated 28M+ meal deliveries.
